Hey all, I have searched in the forums trying to find out any info on how many pounds of fruit/gal to put in my beer but I'm only finding info about your usual fruits. I want to use starfruit as the post suggests but not sure how much of it to add. I will be adding it to secondary. Plan is to prepare starfruit then using a potato masher, get some of the juice out and toss the flesh as well as the juice and rack on top of that. All that being said, I love the taste of starfruit and I'm aware that it probably will not yield to much flavor so I am assuming I will need quite a few pounds/Gal. If anyone has any thoughts, I'm all ears! (Below is my recipe) Cheers!
