3 1/2" all thread nipple hunt

Looking for a 3 1/2" or 4" all thread stainless nipple, cant find anything except for this $35 one. Anyone got a tip for me?

Or even a better way to put a side bulkhead in my cooler mash tun with 2 1/4" thick walls? I have a 2 1/2" all thread nipple and it barelt catches but it leaks, looking for a way to seal it.
