Anyone know where to get a short 5500w stainless element that is 9 inches or less?? All i can find are 12 inch elements.

That would make it a very high watt density element and very likely cause scorching of wort... no idea what your looking to use it for though.

The blichmann boil coil for 7.5 gallon pots is close to what you want but circular, the diameter of the ring is 9" but the total depth is a bit more, 10.8" https://www.blichmannengineering.com/sites/default/files/boilcoil_dimensional_drawing_v2.PDF

See if you can get ss brewtech to sell you their new halo element. Its TC too!
I don't see it as a standalone item on their site

It may be easier to rebend a 12" stainless element than to find one that short.

9"diameter is awfully narrow kettle for a large batch. If it's a smaller volume, you could probably get by with 1 or 2 lower wattage elements.

I decided to just order a 5500w ripple element from brewhardware. Its 12.5 inches and give bending it a try around my other element that would be at the 9 inch mark. I am hoping that the other element lands in on of the dips of the ripple and i will not have to bend. But i doubt i am that lucky.

Anyone happen to know the distance the top ripple is from the base???
