Well im doing a 1 gallon batch of an experiment derived from apfelwein, but it uses beer ingredients so im going to add the gallon in. Its pure apple juice, but then i substituted dme for the corn sugar, and coopers brewing yeast fot the montrochet wine yeast. Hoping it will turn out to be something good! If you all feel its not beer then please feel free to minus this gallon.
