Tomorrow i will be pushing the boundaries of my system and ability.

I plan to mash 25 lbs of GF grain (and adjunct), then run wort off into 2 pots.

One will become an IPA (WLP007 yeast with cascade and citra) and the other will be a Belgian blond made with WLP550.

This will be very chalanging BIAB style on my very rigged equipment....we will see how it goes.

GF Partigyle....

Depending on how your 1st runnings come out, you can cap your mash with more grain before sparge, rest for 15-20 minutes after adding sparge water, then run off 2nd runnings... if you cap w/ darker grains you can get a brown ale or a porter...

Brew on...

Long brew day, but it worked out well even though my equipment can not comfortably mash 25 lbs of grain.

IPA og is 1.061 (a little higher than expected).
Belgian Pale og is 1.052 (a little lower than expected).

Both look, smell, taste like they could become beer.
