Was told by the salesman for Suntory that once their 2.5 gallon kegs of black beer are gassed up and you start serving it's best to finish them in three days!!!!
Since starting brewing and learning stuff on this site I find myself questioning that statement. I mean you are using CO2, which protects the beer from oxidation, right? is it possible for beer to get off flavours from CO2 after only three or four days?
