17.5 Gal circle water MLT too good to be true?

hey guys, new to this forum. I'm making a new all grain setup hoping of an output ~15 gall. I have been looking for a circular water cooler type MLT to accommodate and found this 17.5 gall circular insulated water cooler-

I would be wary of using a plastic vessel that isn't designed to come in direct contact with food. That's just me though. It might be fine to use. For that kind of money you could buy a 20gal stainless pot on amazon and insulate it yourself, which is what I would do. Functionally though, that cooler would probably work just fine.
