Hello Everyone. first time posting i have been scrolling around this great site for a while and figured i would finally start a thread. so last Tuesday.( 6-3-14) me and my friend brewed a tank 7 clone and fermented it with a strain of unknown brett that we harvested from a bottle from a local brewery.(night shift Brewing). they make tasty stuff if anyone is ever in Mass, check them out. but i was wondering, how long should i leave it in the primary to get it all funky tasting. and it is going in a secondary with saison brett and lemons. anyone have any suggestions?
