I ordered this on 11/15 and it still hasn't shipped, even though original delivery date was identified as 11/22, then moved to 11/30. Website has always shown as available and in stock on Amazon. Your response to me was, Sorry for the inconvenience caused for you. I found your order was fulfilled by Amazon warehouse. Could you contact Amazon customer service? Sorry for that I can't give you more help about this order. Amazon guaranteed expedited delivery for today, yet still nothing. I'm very disappointed. You need to resolve this, whether or not it's Amazon's fault. I have never had this problem with any other Amazon Marketplace or direct order.
