Hello all,
I have zero experience with hole punches. I've only used step bits in the past. I want to get a hole punch as i'm in the process of building a control panel. I will eventually want to use it to punch holes in new SS kettles as well but for now just enclosures. Is it worth the risk to get one used. This looks to be in "ok" condition and is a fraction of the price of a new one.

The auction ends in an hour, any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Corey

I don't believe this size is appropriate for what you want to do. A 1/2" conduit punch makes a 7/8" (22mm) hole, but a radio or chassis punch makes holes in the size listed.

Assuming the description in the listing is correct, this would create 1/2" holes, which are too small for the 1/2" NPT hardware most of us use on our brew rigs.
