I'm restoring a '66 250se coupe right now, and finished a '72 350sl awhile back. I like the 190sl and Pagoda a lot. What year is yours?

It's not mine. My brother is putting this setup together at his shop. They restore cars and work on high end European cars mostly. Lambos, ferraris, Porsches, maseratis, British cars, German cars, etc. my brother does most of the restorations.

Very nice! I'm also getting ready to build my rig. Just curious as to what your dimensions are? I keep going back and forth with the height and the overall width and length.

Looks great! Where did you get your casters? Also what kind are they?

It's six feet long. 21" wide. 30" tall. The casters are made by grizzly. Each one good up to 600 lbs.

We're using 20 gallon kettles. Follow Latourbrewing on Facebook and Instagram for more photos. This will be our pilot system.

I don't want to swap hoses while brewing so instead I have valves to open and close depending on where I'm transferring water.
