It is a SNPA clone. OG was 1.058. 12.5 lbs of 2 row. 1 lb of crystal 60. Mashed at 152. Nottingham yeast fermented at 59 to 62 degrees for 2 weeks.

I know the fg is borderline acceptable but i was hoping for a drier ale. The sample i took for gravity tasted a bit too sweet, it sort of hides the hops. I am thinking about raising the temp to 68 and stirring up the yeast.

Any thoughts?

Also, im not getting much aroma. Would it be worth it to throw some hops in at this a point? Can u dry hop in primary?

You can warm and stir, that might help. You could also try making a syrup of .25 lbs if sugar and water and adding that, to try and stimulate fermentation. I've gotten stuck fermentations moving with that. Or... It might be done.
