1.00 gravity?

I just took a gravity reading on a week only cider. It was 1.00, maybe even lower with the meniscus. Is that normal? It smelled crazy. No sweetness at all. It's definitely going into winter hibernation. Hopefully it's not vinegar.
 
Sounds like a dry cider made from dessert apples, which have to body once fermented. Try adding malic acid or tannin.
