Hi, everyone! I've just gotten back into brewing/winemaking/meadmaking again after a while. I used to have an account here years ago, but lost track of it, so I re registered. I just pulled four individual gallons of different meads out of my closet where they've been under airlock after second racking for...ten years! I thiefed a sample of the orange mead, and it's fantastic. I'm going to let them settle for a day or two and bottle.

I don't either. Pure laziness+forgetfulness! I'm glad I racked them onto campden tablets and air locked them.
