That's the one. My first time using it. I was actually afraid it would stall out but it's unstoppable. My FG was 1.004. Trying to figure out if my abv is 8.2% or hopefully somewhere closer to 7%.

I'm setting up my new stand and bought 3 10" hurricane burners (high pressure from Agri Supply). I also bought a 11" WC regulator from Lowes, which if I understand correctly is low pressure. I plan to change the burner orifice from high pressure to low pressure using Brewers Hardware LPG...
