    Centennial Bomb feedback request

Also, if I mash at 150 for 90mins would Golden Promise be a better choice for sweetness than the Maris Otter?

    Centennial Bomb feedback request

No, I've never used the stabilizer, but what should I use instead? Our tap water is 8.3pH, fyi. Also, these are a 2013 crop that have been vacuum sealed and frozen so I would assume that would degrade their overall impact hence trying to use them all at once.

    Centennial Bomb feedback request

I managed to come across 1lb of centennial pellets that I want to use all at once so I'm looking for feedback on this recipe, mainly on the amount of specialty grains as I don't have much experience creating my own recipes. Mango Habanero Wheat Ale

Mine did the same thing when I added the mangos. I added 5lbs for 2 weeks and I'm pretty sure they completely fermented because I kegged my batch yesterday and could barely taste the mango, so I'm going to try back sweetening with some pure mango juice to balance out the heat.

    Which Pliny?

I have a similar situation. I used the entire farmhouse all grain kit a couple of days ago and ended up with an OG of around 1.065. Should I add more sugar or just let it go?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Hi all, I'll be doing my first BIAB all grain batch with the 5 gallon recipe and I had a question about the mash/sparge volumes. I'm looking at the program Brewtarget (http://brewtarget.sourceforge.net/) that was mentioned earlier in this thread which includes this recipe as one of its...
