    Dried whole leaf hops - Still sealed but 1 year old

    I found two sealed bags of dried whole leaf hops I had ordered a year ago in a box I forgot I had. It was stored at room temp and they are still in the orig vacuum sealed oxygen barrier bags. Aside from a lower alpha bitterness would they still be good for dry hopping?
