I didn't even think about the pump running continuous for a cook. I do have a chugger pump I would hate to burn it up since they aren't cheap.

Ok I'm no water expert and I want to eliminate buying water if my home water will work for brewing. I had my water tested by ward labs- brewers test. So if anyone could tell me what's high or low and how to fix it for an all around water for brewing...or if there's no hope just tell me! Thanks...

Looked all around to find the answer and can't find it so I'm posting it here? Built and wired the stir plat everything works but my fan speed pulses. Fan speeds up and slows down. It creates a vortex and then goes away and cycles like that when its on. Material used transformer 120/12v dc...
