I was planning on doing a split batch using wlp004 in one fermenter and wlp013 in the other. Instead I made a bonehead mistake and added both to the same flask when making starters. Any thoughts on what to expect from the yeast combo? It's going in Deception Cream Stout...
I want to shore up the whirlpool return to my immersion chiller and was just going to tie it on with copper picture frame wire. Just want to make sure this type of wire is okay to use in the boil kettle.
