    Oregon Exotic beer bottle collection-FREE!

Well, I could "deliver" it to the local recycling shop 3 miles away and make a few bucks. There are about seven cases of bitchin' beer bottles here. All clean on the inside and stored in boxes. Next week they're going to the recycler. Still can't believe how hard it is to give these away...

    Oregon Free immersion chiller

It's 1/2 inch copper tubing in or out, whatever. 50 feet coiled to fit inside a keggel and hook up to a garden hose, works great. South Africa is deal breaker dude. Just make one. Can't believe there isn't anyone within fifty miles to pick up this thing. It's served me well for 15 years...

About a hundred bottles, all with great labels. Lots of foreign stuff but also some cool American craft brews. All with great labels. Sorry, they're all empty. Might deliver locally.

Beerguy, I have a couple of local guys looking at the brewery tomorrow. If the hops are still here I'll think about shipping them. The hops have not been tested for alpha but they were pretty good least year. Especially the Chinook. This is the fourth year yield. I think there are about 12...

It really IS a great deal because there is WAY more than what I've listed. I just need to sell right away and make room, business is booming and I need to stop drinking. Sort of.

I'm getting out of brewing after 20 years. I have a single-tier 10 gallon RIMS system that is very flexible, I often brew two batches in one day. It's easy to clean, too. I've won multiple competitions with this system. I'm literally selling every piece of equipment that I have. Also giving away...

Heart of the Valley Competition in Albany May 17th and 18th

I'm going, can't help with the lift though, I live south of Albany. Any idea when they are going to announce the winners? I remember gong last year and waiting around for a few hours. Cheers and good luck.

    2013 Sasquatch Brewfest Homebrew Competition

Congrats you guys! I scored too. Took first in Belgian Strong Ales with a year and a half old entry. Interesting how this batch keeps getting better, it scored second last year at the HOTV. Cheers

    Kolsch recipe input

My blue ribbon Kolsch was a 10 gallon batch, all grain, with my HERMs system(pics in my gallery). It's one of the simplest beers to make but the fermentation is the key. 18 lbs Pilsner 2 lbs Wheat .5 lbs carapils 2.5 oz. Crystal leaf hops (4.7% alpha) @ 60 minutes. Dough in was 135 but...
