    Gelatin or prime sugar ?

    i'm going to bottle my beer and let it sit for another two weeks.i don't know if should i add prime sugar or add gelatin to the beer first (clarifying or carbonation first) ? can i add both ? thanks.

    Airlock activity - Carbonation relativity ?

    Does airlock bubbling and beer carbonation have any relativity ? i mean in some beers maybe the airlock does not bubbling at all or for some few hours, like one of my recent batches,so should i worry about carbonation ?

    if they do the same job why people pull one out and then put another !? i know blow off tube is safer and won't clog so why don't always use that instead off airlock?
