    Victory Brewery

    Went to Victory in Downingtown Friday. Place is great, so many beers on tap. I missed the brewery tor, but would really like to check it out. Place is in the middle of nowhere.     Hop substitution

    Going to brew an ESB this weekend. I have a decent recipe for a Fullers clone, but my local HBS doesn't have every hop I need. I found some substitution charts, but was wondering if you have used these as decent subs: Northdown sub is Northern Brewer Target sub is Fuggle Any thoughts?
