    Belgian Quad finished?

    Brewed a Belgain Quad (first time) with an OG of 1.090 and used White Lab wlp 530 abbey ale yeast. It's been in the primary for 2 1/2 weeks and the gravity right now us 1.030. Somewhat new to brewing... this number seems a bit high? Will it finish in secondary or should I pitch more yeast? Same...

    Candi Syrup Mixing?

    Brewing a Belgian Quad. Recipe calls for 2 lbs of D-180. Homebrew store didn't have D-180 in stock. Employee sold my dad 1 lb. D-90 and 1 lb. D-240. Does this sound right? Is it wise to mix two different Ds?

    Pressure Transfer from keg to keg

    Watched a video on YouTube about this. The hose they used was maybe 3 feet long. Guy at the brew store recommended 13 feet of hose. Does it really matter?

    Star San in spray bottle

    I've heard of people keeping Star San in a spray bottle for quickly sanitizing things. How long is that good for in the bottle? I've read mixed reviews. It breaks down after a bit and some have said its good for a long time.
