    I just interviewed at a microbrewery and received a number of IPA samples, some with lactose some not. I'm looking for some help identifying off flavors.     Diluting wort properly

    Is it correct to say that if I end up with a higher than expected OG and lower boil volume I can add boiled water and dilute the batch? -Kyle
