This came out really good. I have made it twice now and it has come out consistently good. I used whole leaf hops from Yakima the second time and i loved the hop flavor that came through. I think next time i will cut back on the magnum just a little.

Thank you for the help. Yeah I don't think boiling for 90 would be a good idea. So do you think I should add the citra hops to the boil with the magnum hops? If that would you would you do .75 oz each?

The original recipe idea came from a Stone Ruination Clone I found, then I just added hops I prefer, but kept the original bittering to say.

hey everyone. I’m bew to brewing and have only made kits in the past. I designed my own chocolate mike stout. I brewed this last Friday and fermenting seemed to go well. It was vigoursly bubbling but the Kreisen didn’t really foam. It’s now been five days and I’ve started to see these bubbles...
