    blow of tube or airlock

    So, I am going to brew my first all grain. Using clarity ferm so that I can drink it cuz I have the Celiacs. Never experienced an all grain fermentation. Is a blow off tube required or air lock still good enough? Any help would be appreciated.:mug:

    Question about the Johnson temp control

    I use my chest freezer to chill my brew. Problem is though the freezer warms right up to 38 degrees before it starts to blow cold air again. And I set it up at 32-34 f. Is my unit toast? Do I need a new one? Any help would be appreciated. :(
