    Would this be a safe carbonisation stand Idea?

    I'm brand new to this. I bought a craftabrew catalyst fermentor and now 72 x 750ml swingtop bottles :) I had 2 old oven grids laying around. Would it be safe to put this in my basement unfinished ceiling joist? There is no light in this room... Thanks
