    Anyone mash an IPA at 160?

    After trying BM's Outer Limits IPA, i usually mash my IPA's at 157-158. I personally love it. Of course, i adjust my hop schedule accordingly. Lagunitas does amazing work i'd say go for it!

    Gambrinus Honey Victory Bonlander Munich Muntons C-60 Pale Chocolate ..at least one of these ends up in each brew, and i'd be lost without them

    That's what i should have said! Usually i try to briefly explain the time and effort that goes into brewing, etc. Actually last night i got "This beer tastes professional", my new favorite.

    just finished a keg of my blackberry wheat. very tasty. I used one can of the oregon fruit puree right in the primary and it came out great

    my senior yr of highschool i had a stone. Could barely talk my left side hurt so much. Get this...doctors thought it was my appendix and remove that, only to find me back there a week later. Then it was physically removed...worst ever IMO:eek:

    i've been wanting to make this for a while, and it's about that time. does anyone have any experience with mashing the pumpkin using an SS braid? is it a bad call, even with rice hulls?

    Typical wheat mouthfeel?

    So i've brewed a few wheats, and they have all been pretty good. One consistency i have noticed is they all leave me with dry mouthfeel. Its not too noticeable, but im not a huge fan of it. Is this a typical wheat characteristic or are my beers slightly astringent?
