    Well today was going pretty well as I started laying the tile but as I turned the corner into the next room I found while the inside of the room was levelish, it was 3/4” low 😟😞, thought I’d be done with both these rooms today🤬. Well I ran out of concrete and will just have to pick up monday.

    Ohhh, ok I don't know how to do that with out introducing bad? I do have 2lb of home made candy it's kinda hard (intended to be in the boil to soften and dissolve) but I get what you are saying and like the idea for keeping the hot flavors at bay. How do you do it?

    Show us your DIY stir plate!

    I found I hated moving my stir plate system around, so I integrated it into my brew table! $25 and now have 4 + a mobile. Works great for getting the yeast going right before my pitch Can even do 4 gallon growlers at once(only two pictured )
