    Feedback requested: IIPA Recipe

Buy BeerSmith or something like it and plug it in. You can work out your recipe easily. Besides that, we really don't know what your going for, maybe you add an example of what direction you leaning towards.

One of the better IPAs on the market. I'm getting Simcoe/mosaic for sure. Very testy.

The high paying jobs go to problem solvers that have customer service skills, know why and what they are doing, do extensive testing and always have...

    Oktoberfest bier help (need recipe)

Thanks everyone, I am going to do a 12 gallon batch of Oktoberfest Ale. If I'm going to something I want to do it justice and rushing a lager because of my poor planning is unacceptable. Good beer is good beer!

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Kegged the 5 I pitched notty on, been in gas for 2 days, I just had to sneak a taste. Good, light beer low in hop and malt, let's the water and yeast shine. I've got 5 more I pitched US-05 on and I'm thinking of dry hopping with cascade for 5 days.

My Attempt at Sierra Nevada Pale ale clone

I use this sheet for calculating my water. http://www.ezwatercalculator.com I'm not sure what SN uses for a profile I've made this beer about 10 times and you close, I'd go like 90% 2 row and 10% crystal 40 and maybe some Munich and about 2-4 oz torrified wheat. I also like mine dry hopped...
