    Pokémon Go Anyone?

Pokemon was great when I was a kid. I was obsessed with it! Now that I'm older, I can drink and brew beer. I'm obsessed with it! I have been seeing crowds of people at landmarks around my town, all looking down at their phones so I know what they're all up to haha. It doesn't bother me, just...

How to run air hose from the outside in?

If you don't mind the extra cost, CO2 bulkheads are a nice alternative than pushing the gas line straight through the collar. I used what day_trippr mentioned, 4 inch bulkhead through my collar and I'm happy with it. Just remember to use flared nylon washers with those MFL connections.

    Guess the Homebrew Mishap

Great job detective! Beer was fermented in a 5 gallon corny. After a couple of weeks I closed it completely to start cold crashing. Unaware of how much carbonation and pressure it developed during the one week cold crash, I decided to take a hydro sample. I depressurized the keg, opened the lid...

    Grapefruit Sculpin clone?

It was only a tincture for the keg. About three grapefruits worth of zest with 100ml of Smirnoff 40%/80proof vodka. I allowed it to sit in a mason jar for about two weeks, filtered out the zest, and poured it in. I didn't input an amount for the grapefruit zest, because Beersmith would've...

How much beer do you drink per day/week?

1-3 beers a night if I'm relaxing by myself. When among friends it's 4-6 beers. So around 20 beers a week.

    Lesson(s) learned from Stuck Sparge

I've been using the default gap of my Monster Mill so far, 0.045". I've been getting decent efficiency and sparging/lautering have been a breeze. I'm planning on tightening the gap to 0.038 - 0.040" for my next batch. I don't have a recommended setting yet as I'm still experimenting with it...

    Lesson(s) learned from Stuck Sparge

If your budget allows it, I'd recommend buying your own mill. Once you get the right crush stuck sparges should be a thing of the past. I only use rice hulls for wheat beers now. Your batch should be fine if you still hit all of your numbers, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

    Flowery boozy honeylike off-flavor.

Have you had your water tested? Try using entirely RO water and build with salts to see if the off-flavor persists. Maybe too much caramel malts, high attenuation, and certain hops are giving you a sweet, boozy, floral beer.

    FEAR the Waking Dead

True. Also very much like Hershel's farm where they kept and fed the walkers in the barn.
