    My new Danby Kegerator Convert!

    Sdbyrd- I had to cut out some of the molding on the inside door. I used aluminum tape to protect the insulation. Other than that, no other modifications! It's a tight squeeze, but it works! Best of luck to you! Nick

    Took a kitchen knife to the bottom of the door to make additional room for the Cornelius kegs. Also removed the door drink dispenser and taped it up with aluminum tape. All done!

    I didn't want any moisture getting into the insulation, so I used aluminum tape to ensure the insulation was no longer exposed.

    Started on the inside with a 2.5 inch bit. Didn't want to get too far into the insulation. Used a knife to slowly cut away at the insulation, all the while looking for any type of coolant line.

    Thought I'd post some pics of my new kegerator that was a 4.5 cu. ft. Danby convert. Took a total of 3 hours from start to finish, but totally worth it! Perfect model of mini-fridge for a convert because there isn't a freezer and the cooling plate is at the back of the unit. I'd be happy to...
