    Anyone ever have wyeast 1335 finish in 3 days? OG 1.088, FG 1.020...Warlock clone...21lbs of grain. Recipe called for it to finish at 1.023. OG reading with a refractometer...FG reading taken with a hydrometer.

    149.3 on the outside tells me this is working great

    3 layers of Reflectix on a biab vessel. Thermometer stuck between the insulation and the keggle at the bottom. Target temp of 153...hit it 45 min ago.

    So, I just found out that my last name in Polish means GOAT. No wonder I like BOCK.....:goat: .....and I just brewed a :goat::goat:DOPPLEBOCK...coincidence - I think not.

    Aside from the physical properties, what's the dif - slurry or dry? The dry turns into slurry.....:confused:

    So Ill ask in a different way...... IF I WERE to add more yeast to the bucket, can I use harvested yeast or do I have to use dry.
