    Hello: I brewed a Left Hand Milk Stout clone and just kegged it. I have been trying to find some information on what PSI the CO2 should be set at. I usually set at about 11-12 for my ales (temp of kegerator is 42). Is it okay to keep it at 11? Most info i found seems to be Nitro settings...

    Thanks. So according to that calculator for a 5.5 batch I would need 251 Billion cells. So I can do a two step starter each being 1.5 Liters and ending with a total of 264 Billion cells. Does that sound correct?

    Thanks! So if I am using this right, I am making a high gravity ale - 1.067 OG. (5.5 gallon wort volume) Using the target pitch rate of Pro Brewer 1.0. The yeast I just got is from 10/12/16. Wyeast 1764 So I'm getting a target pitch rate of 336 Billion cells. Am I reading this correctly?

    From what everyone told me and from what I did I just disconnected the CO2 when it was fully carbed and stored it. I'll be drinking it this weekend so I'll let you know how it is... It's only been two weeks at room temp though...
