    Mini Brew

    After Taste Help

    I brewed a Bourbon double and it has a great up front taste then all of a sudden you are left with an old coffee aftertaste. Any thoughts would be appreciated. not sure how this happened. I fully sanitized with star san there was no funk or anything in the secondary. Horrible aftertaste

    Having a tough time deciding. really like the not having to rack to a secondary aspect of the fast ferment and the ease of collecting yeast.

    screwed up a Bourbon Dubbel recipe

    Forget to add the candi sugar and its already in the keg. Can I fix this. It doesnt taste great has a pretty harsh off taste. This is the second time I have brewed this recipe it was great the first time when I didn't forget. What a dope
