    Maple syrup cider

    Well Maple season is just about to start, and I think im going to attempt to make some sort of cider/ale. I plan evaporating 20 gal of sap down to 5 gal and put my cider yeast maybe a little cinnamon or fresh apples. Has anyone tried doing this.it may have a good kick since the sugar will be high.

    temp to stop carbonation after bottle

    Ok I have the itch and want to brew some more. I was wondering at what temp can I store my beer so it stops getting carbonated, im hoping to store a few batches in my ceiler

    quick question need answer asap

    So i just added my fermentables to my boil and the instructions said after 45 min add flavoring hops, well it's been 25 min get back to a boil , should I reset the timer for another 45min?

    wort cool down

    now I got a foolish question. after your wort is done boiling you should cool it down below 80 degrees before adding your yeast, then you add enough water to bring it to 5 gallons, so could I just add cold water to it, instead of taking 45 min to cool it in a sink?

    pumpkin brew issues

    this past Friday I brewed some pumpkin beer and aerated after cooling added 2 packs of muntuns dry yeast( it sat for 15min) and almost instantly it looked like the yeast was at work. the temp was around 76 degrees,so the next morn it was going good and I read it should be around mid 60's , so I...
