Please post some picks of your stout. I am making an oatmeal stout that seems like its gonna be in the 29L range. Mine is not ready for the glass yet but I wanted to compare the coloring, head, etc of various home brewed stouts.
Anybody have a really good recipe for apple wine made from freshly picked apples. There are plenty of threads using apple juice, cider, etc. picking apples next month and want to come up with a good plan.
