Anyone have success adding cherries into fermenters? Any tips would help. I was thinking maybe a porter with the toasty and chocolate notes would be a good pairing for the fall
I live in Charlotte, NC and was seeing if I would be able to find a water report online. I think I could go up to a local gardening store and they might have it but didn't know if anyone would have one?

Making a new chiller from refrigerator copper pipe and wondering what size I should go with. I'm getting 50' but I didn't know if I should spring for the 1/2" or if 3/8 diameter would be sufficient. I will be running water through my chiller with a pump and ice water in my hlt.
just picked up a sanke from total wine and hooked up to the kegerator. very slow pour, like dripping out of the faucet. 10 feet 3/16 id line at 10 psi. first time using these lines so no clog is present. anyone having any ideas?
