Most are floating on top right now but as soon as I touch the carboy they start to sink and then the wort is saturated with them from top to bottom.

I'm dry hopping for the first time and added three ounces of hops to the secondary after transferring the wort. My problem is that I thought the secondary was suppose to be a clearing stage but now I have hops floating everywhere and am scheduled to bottle in a couple days. How do you transfer...

At the advice of the guy at my lhbs I don't own anything to check gravity.

It was suppose to be a holiday brew and it has apples and spices in it, it tastes ok to me but being that this is the first time I've ever brewed anything like this I've got nothing to compare it to

it was in primary for over 2 weeks and in secondary for a month so i'm pretty sure fermentation was finished

Someone told me that the kits like Brewers Best actually include too much priming sugar and if you use all that is included it over carbonates
