    Graff (Malty, slightly hopped cider)

I have a batch that's been in primary about 2 weeks. I am going to throw it in the keg soon.. Should I put some co2 on and let it age at room temp or let it sit in the fridge?

Thanks for the info.. I like the idea of doing things simple.. I really want to learn what ingredients give what flavors before I start doing more complex brews.

    American Wheat Pale Ale

Thanks for the advice.. I wasn't planning on adding anything this time. I think I'll just leave it in the primary for a few weeks. What exactly is cold crashing and what are the benifits? Thanks again

    American Wheat Pale Ale

Hi everyone, I brewed a batch of American wheat pale ale on Sunday. This is my second batch and I'm confused on whether to put an American wheat in a secondary.. I know it's supposed to be clearer than a hefe. I also wasn't sure if it being a pale ale made any difference. Thanks, Kurt
