    First AG Batch, Terrible Effeciency

    From what I can see and I am fairly new to AG but I would have to say you left a lot in the Mlt since you said you were not able to get all the wort out. My guess would be the heavier sugars stayed in the bottom of your mash tun Just a guess D

    Pre-milled grain storage question...

    I too am I. The same situation. My thought is to package the milled grain using my food vac system. I don't have experience w this but I'm willing to try it out considering the savings! Your not in Middlesex Malters by any chance are you? D
