My wife and I opened our brewery a little less then a year ago. I still learn something new almost every day. There is always something new to learn or a new technique to try. I don't ever think I will say I am an expert. The thing I like most is trying something new.
Cheers!
Jesus almost always drank with his followers and disciples. ...water to wine. I brew with my church's worship leader all the time and always share with the pastor.

I got mine through the Kickstarter. Overall I'd say it works pretty well. First time I used it the co2 completely emptied. Guess I didn't have it installed properly.

Mine is great and she doesn't really like beer. Lately she has been asking if I'm going to brew today. - almost every day.
She helped brew my last 2 batches and has been wanting to start a small brewery for a while now.
Ups wouldn't ship my homebrew because it was addressed to a brewery and they didn't believe it wasn't alcohol. Anybody live nearby and willing to drop a package off for me?
I have capped enough bottles and am ready to keg. Now I need to decide what to keep it in. Full size, mini fridge, or keezer? Any pros/cons, guidance? Thanks. I would like to have at least 3 kegs in there at any one time.
