    Very slow fermentation

    I've got a few buckets fermenting right now, and they're going much slower than I expect they should. The Apfelwein is the strangest...I used Nottingham and two pounds of brown sugar instead of corn sugar. "Brewed" that four weeks ago, and the airlock still bubbles once every 5-8 seconds...
