    Re pitching under attenuated beer

    I brewed a roggenbier and pitched WLP 380 (1.059 OG, 154F mash). Fermented at 62F and everything went great...except that it stalled out at 1.020 instead of 1.014 like predicted.     Shanks for perlick taps

    I just got a pretty good deal on a couple of Perlick 525SS faucets. I was looking at austin homebrew for shanks and saw a note that said that their shanks may not fit all perlick faucets but there was not a size or thread pitch listed. How do you know if they fit?

    Johnson A19

    I think I screwed up... I bought a Johnson A19ACA-14C on eBay without doing all of the research I should have. Apparently this particular model has to be manually reset each time it opens the circuit. Is there any way to override this feature, or should I just try to sell it and try again? I...
