    Found some beer!

    So I bottled a Hefeweizen today, and I'm pulling empties out of the pantry and as I pick up a box, I notice some weight to it. Open it up and there are 8 capped bottles! It's a previous batch of Hefeweizen....not quite sure when it's from but it tastes great! It's never a bad thing to find beer...

    I love making beer!

    So I'm on vacation for a while and decided to brew a Hefeweizen for a buddy's wedding tonight. For sure indulged in some homebrew while brewing. Well I wasn't sure things were going to go well because I miscalculated my mash volume and ended up with too much water for my grain...:confused...

    Was forced to buy beer today...
