    New Zealand hop help

My brother brought me back 100 grams each of Riwaka and Kohatu hops from New Zealand. I'd like to brew a beer to highlight them. Any one have a recipe or suggestion? I've read about them, but haven't used them. Thanks in advance.

I've been brewing for about a year. I'm looking for advice about what to do/buy/build to make a step forward. I've done extract and partial grain, but don't really have room for all grain equipment. I always do a yeast starter. I've got a little 2 keg system in a mini fridge. I've done...

    Great beer for X-mas?

First time poster here, I'll start off with a question. I've got some family coming into town around Christmas, and want to knock their socks off with a great beer. With about 3 months to work with, what would you suggest? My first thought was something along the lines of a double brown...
