    Burned out SSR?

    This was happening to me with a heat stick I was using - Kept tripping the breakers (However this was about 2 years of using it). I thought it was my SSR but it was the wiring in my stick. It sprung a slight leak and over time corroded the wires. I changed out the stick - no more tripping.

    Air lock and vodka

    Yep - before moving to a blow-off tube I used the cheapest vodka I could find (Skol or something like that) I never drank it - although It probably would have improved the taste!

    Yes that is the idea - Would I need two? One for off/ one for on? I do throttle the pump back usually at a constant rate - however the mash runoff speed changes (I batch sparge)
