    Hop addition at flame out quick question

    I am making a beer that calls for the addition of hops at zero minuts of the 60 min boil. When I add these hops as "steep" method, like a bag of tea, how long do I add them ? Can I start chilling my wort with my cooler ?

    Mint chocolate stout not carbing as I want :(

    I have a mint chocolate stout in the keg with mint leaves floating on top on 14 psi at 41 degrees for 7 stright days today, and I pourd a glass a few min ago and it is still flat :( Can some styles take longer to gas up ? I cranked the tank to 20 maby that will help :) What do you guys think ?
