    Brewers Best Conditioning Tabs

    I picked them up and am confused. This is my first time bottlimg. But it says 3-5 tabs per 12oz. Is this correct? It just seems like alot to me. Second how many do i put in a one letter bottle. Thank you in advance for all the help.

    Best yeast for my next two beers

    I am going to be brewing (for the first time) a Brewers Best Oktoberfest and Vienna Lager. What is the best yeast to ues for them. I don't have a fridge to use right now but do have a room that stays at about 50 Deg. F. I was going to lager it in my garage that is about 40 Deg this time of year...

    Brewers Best Kit ?

    I have been brewing for about 6 months now. I have a 10gal pot I use can i make two kits at one time? If not is it possible to steep the grains then do the hops boil and add the dme and lme at the end? Or does the dme and lme have to be mixed in for the hops to extract right?

    carbing soda in a keg

    I bought a box of the syrup in a box and tryed mixing it with water like its supposed to be. But when I force carb it I cant get the carb level high enough. I carb it when the liquid is 40 deg F. and keep that as my serving temp to.:confused:

    My Weizenbier has just started fermenting I am useing Munch dry yeast. What temp should I ferment at? I was thinking around 65F?
