Yes, I’m sure it’s a rototap..
I could take it apart further, but I’m not sure if there would be a point to that though.
Can’t seem to find an actual manufacturer online though
The collar is stamped 0100 on it. It’s about 3/4 inch across
I came across this tap(top of the pic) and would like to use it but it’s way too small for my shanks.
Does anyone know of these taps and is there a adapter/other shank for these or am I SOL?
You should be able to rig up a stc 1000 controller to regulate your water bath if you need, and I've found that if you lube up the faucet internals with keg lube it really cuts down on sticky taps. (At least with the chrome ones).
I'm very interested in this thread- I've got a Booth five tap...
The way I understand how the fridges are built, that freezer compartment is the cooler plate for the fridge.
If you drill through it you'll kill the fridge by releasing all the non freon freon.
Bend it out of the way (when it's warm) and you should be fine.
Good day all,
I just got my hands on some kegging equipment and before I drill into any fridge I was wondering if this shank is useable or if I would be better off picking up a new one.
I can't tell if the plating has come off or if it's just dirty.
If it's no good for beer would it still be...
